MY XA ULTRA IS NOT CHARGING, NOT TURNING ON AND NO DISPLAY

My phone is not charging when connected to usb charger (wall or pc). Both not charging. While connecting, the LED light turns red and vibrate for a second and it will be gone. Again after sometime there is red light and vibration while connected to the charger. It goes on like that repeatedly but my phone is not charging. Also there is no diplay on my phone. The battery indicator does not show up. NO LIGHT AT ALL. I tried resetting by pressing pow+vol up at the same time but nothing.. I also tried xperia software repair with xperia companion. and it shows that software repair completed successfully. but still my phone does not charge, no display and does not turn on..

I'm sorry to hear this. It seems like you have tried all relevant troubleshooting already. I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Your local support can also assist you with questions you may have regarding service routines and warranty coverage in your country.

Just this weekend I am having the exact same problem, had it plugged in for 2 days in a row and exactly as you described, won't charge in the wall or computer, keeps on vibrating but no sony screen or battery indicator. Did you find a fix for this? I am a staffing officer with my work responsible for about 70 individuals and I need my phone to work for tomorrow 5am in order to do my job.

I have same issue. I'm going to just buy a wireless charging pad from Kogan.com, this should solve the issue, $29 it costs. Lucky I have other handsets to use.
