Hello,
I've an issue since 2 weeks ... support warranty won't take care about my Xperia XA issue ...
So they submitted me a proposal, that i want to refuse ... they specify me that i can do that and only pay for shipping in order to get back home my phone .... but on the xperia site, i have no option to refuse that proposal ...
After many call phone, a technician tell me that i have to "accept" before choosing the option i want (accept proposal exchange/repair or only return shipping), but after that, the only choice appeared on the web site is to pay by card the total cost of repair/exchange .... so i stop this process .... but now when i came back to the support site, the status is waiting for payment ....
Since 2 weeks, nobody at the support can help me by changing the status or something like that in order i can really refused this proposal, and only ship cost for the sent of my phone ....
If anybody can help me ...
