This a Global user based forum and we can't really assist you with service cases here as they are handled at a local level by your Local support team. Have you tried contacting them and checked if they can provide some additional information as to why the device is still not returned?

If you have not contacted them, please do, as they will be able to provide you with a much more detailed answer regarding your repair and can help you if you want to raise a complaint.
