Process system isn't working .. Xperia XA1 plus

Dear Friends, 

I bought Xperia XA1 Plus last February. This error msg started since August. I got serviced four times but still the issue persist. The most recent work done was that phone was recycled after 3 weeks in service centre.

When contacted ppl, I was told that it doesn't support Oreo at all and has to degrade OS but not permitted in service centre. They suggest to downgrade in a private centre. 

Simply the phone is waste of money. 

Finally i have asked for replacement but yet to know it's fate.

Good day! XA1Plus often freezes, the message “the system is not responding.” Give advice?

I really regret buying this phone. I too get this error when number of apps are open. This phone simply cannot handle apps open in the background and then starts throwing errors.

Camera is laggy and takes 2 seconds to save a photo and in between you cannot do anything

Does not support VOLTE in India with operators like Vodafone and Airtel. Sony says its upto operator to add the support. Not sure how every other android phone in India supports on all operators.

The proximity sensor has issues for sure and phone screen turns on while talking(at times. not always)

Overall Sluggish phone. Not worth money. 

Battery charging is slow.

Photo quality is average.

Ear phone volume is low and voice is muffled. 

I have tried factory reset and software repair via companion app as well. Nothing helps.

I never complained in my life so much as much I am complaining about this phone. I have used mid and high range android phones and this phone is really some old age phone.
