Xa1plus music and ringer problem

Hai I am using xa1plus mobile phone in that I am facing some problems like music was automatically pause and play and the ringer was suddenly stopped please give any suggestions for resolve this problem

same problem here with my xa1 plus g3412 android oreo 48.1.a.2.50

when my phone is ringing the the answer key disapear and i can't answer

when playing music using default music app some times the pic of song dosen't change but song changes
