Recall XA1!

Why don't you recall this unit from the market? It's obvious there many people complaining about defects on this unit! I got lcd issues in the 4th month. Now, after 5months, it just died! I cant turn it on even if it's plugged.

I'm very upset that I too purchased this for my son less than 12 maths ago and the screen started playing up would not respond in certain areas on the right edge and bottom.

I have sent it off to Sony repair service last week and last night I received a email stating the phone is uneconomical to repair and would I like to buy a exchange for £213 incl vat put postage.

I also had two other options to recycle it for only £20 voucher for Sony store or pay the £24 for the device back!!

Not to say the least I am fuming I have purchased three Sony phones direct of them for myself xz also my wife's xa2 ultra. So Thankyou very much for your loyal service has I am shocked for you to say my phones warranty is not covered even though it runs out August 2019..
