Xa1 keeps switching itself off

XA1 keeps switching itself off in sleep mode even on full battery. Only started doing this about a week ago. Thaught it might have had something to do with apps so deleted a few recent ones but keeps happening. May stay on for a few hours or few minutes. Will switch back on okay. Only have phone about 6 months. Is this a software update error or phone default?

Could you see if you experience this without the SIM and SD cards?

Have you repaired the phone with XC ?

Yeah tried that but still switching off. Tried in safe mode and stays on.??? So frustrating as i need my phone to be on at all times as i have a totally dependant special needs son with epilepsy and need to be contactable at all times while he in school.
