Reject call with Sms not working

Hi,
I have recently bought Xperia xa ultra dual sim. I have tried all the possible optuons but not able to get the reject with with sms feature activated.

1. In call settings do you have the option Reject call with message?
2. You don't get the option when screen is off becall call starts (and the incoming call is on all display) or when screen is on and incoming call is displayed in the upper part of the screen? Or both?

1. Yes i have the option reject call with message.
2. In both cases the option dose not show.. I can either answer or decline.. There's no other possibility.

Since you have the dual version of the phone I'm assuming that you have to active SIM cards in it? If so, would it be possible for you to remove one of them for the purpose of testing and see if this option appears when only one active SIM card is inserted?

Yes you are right that option appears when only one active SIM card is inserted, but what if i want to use both active SIM cards? If there is dual sim support then ofcourse user will use dual active SIM. Reject Option should also come while using dual active SIM. Isn't it?
