Well they’ve surpassed themselves.
sent away as keyboard wouldn’t type p etc. Usual touchscreen edge issues on this heap. Wouldn’t repair it as exceptionally small dent in the side. Get it back. Well paid to get it back. Now won’t power on. Attached to Sony companion software. Says it’s repaired ok. Did it twice. Still won’t power on.
Absolutely disgusted.
Give up.
Unless anyone can help. After first software reinstall was getting vertical lines. Now I’m getting nothing. Pathetic.
I feel your pain. Sadly i didn't get passed the 'small dent in the side' stage...i refuse to pay £100 to repair an issue of Sonys making.

Let me know if you wish to escalate this further. The treatment all round is a shambles and it needs exposing. Sony are reliant on us not grouping together...if we do this would reflect very badly on them
