Sony XA1 KeyPad button on the edges does not work .

I am a lover of Sony Phones. An I bought this Sony xperia XA1. Buttons like A, 1 P which are located on the edges does not work. Its quite irritating that you cannot even send messages or type something.

I want to my amount to be refunded.

first, try to boot to safe mode to see if this still happening,

2nd, try to perform XPeria diagnostics to see if there are problems with screen.

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion..

if all else fails . contact you retailer asap.
