Trouble with outgoing calls and texts

Hi there all day I've been at work and I haven't been able to send any texts or recieve any calls or text I can still call out but the other three functions haven't been working I've tried restarting my phone several times to no avail can someone please help me

You should start by contacting your network provider and check that there are no issues from their end.
