Troubles with the screen of my phone

Hi everyone !

My tactile of my phone doesn't work anymore, so i want to send it back to Sony. Cause the construtor garanty is two years. Is anyone knows the adress to send it in France ?

Mon écran de téléphone ne fonctionne plus, tous les rebords du téléphone ne sont plus tactiles. J'aimerai renvoyer mon téléphone car la garantie constructeur est de deux ans et mon téléphone a tout juste un an. Est ce que quelqu'un connait l'adresse du lieu ou il faut le renvoyer en France ? Merci d'avance !

Hi @Axelle1, sorry to hear about your device not working correctly.

I would recommend that you try and get in touch with your Local support team and they will both be able to provide you with an address, and if it's not close to you, they can arrange a repair for you.

If you have any questions regarding service routines, warranty and so forth, they will gladly assist you with this as well!
