Unable to copy data from internal to external memory

How can I move data from internal to external. I have trying to move using file commander and file explore also but got failed.

no i havn't buy the music.

this problem is appering for all files and folders not only in music and videos

Do you get the same error when you move a single file (music, video) just like when you tried to move the process?

How did you actually move the files in that folder in the first place?

open internal storage-->

open the such folder where file contains

slect the file and long press which want to move 

slect cut or move option 

then slect destination folder external memory and paste it.

Can you try to move the files using inbuilt option under settings - storage?

yes i have done through inbuilt option but its only move music,video,and images but not move other file like word,excel,pdf or folders

It won't move folders. I don't really understand why you want to move some folders which have processes like AR or others, that are supposed to be in internal memory. If you want to move an application to external, you need to do that from settings - apps, storage. Note that not all apps can be moved.
