Unable to copy data from internal to external memory

How can I move data from internal to external. I have trying to move using file commander and file explore also but got failed.

If the device is new and running 6.0, you have to grant permissions to file commander or any other app before using it.

Is your microSD working normally? Can you see it in a computer?

Yes my SD card is working and I purchased it today

I think you are either trying to copy something that isn't there or something that cannot be moved. Did you try to restart your device?

Yes i have restarted my phone ..

also i amy trying to copy/move music and video file but not coping/moving.

from external memory to internal memory coping/moving succesfully but from internal to external not happen

Did you buy the music? In that case, it might be DRM protected.
