Voicemail

Can anyone tell me how I might extend the time it takes for a call to transfer to Voicemail.  At the moment it is at default setting (around ten seconds) - I often miss calls because I cant get to the phone quickly enough!

Hi @Hooperdave, welcome to our forum!

I'm not sure if you can call your voicemail number and change the amount of time it takes before a call is sent to the voicemail, or if you will need to get in touch with your operator/service provider to change this. When I call my own voicemail, there are not a lot of settings that I can change on my own, but it might be different for you.

Please have a look there by simply calling your voicemail and then see if you are promoted to press any specific key/code to access the settings, otherwise your service provider/operator should be able to change this for you!
