Hello. Bought a phone 2 months ago. A yellow spot appeared on the screen in the vicinity of the button for increasing / decreasing the sound and is increasing slightly. In the country where we live, there is no official service. Having a sad experience of contacting unofficial services, there is no desire for anyone to open a telephone. Even official Sony representatives give the phone numbers of services not official, but which cooperate.
Moreover, we use the phone neatly, there is still a factory film on the screen and after the “service” it is no more a new phone. What to do with it? Can we return the phone and change to another model?
