Where can i find video calling option in my phones dialer..

Video calls are not a part of the calling function in Xperia device. You can't make video calls using the native phone app, or via an operator. However, you can download and use a third party application.

I rarely do video calls, but when I do I use the Google Duo application, but there are others available if you just search for "Video calls" in the Google Play store.
