Camera Problem

i have problem in camera of xperia z there is some dead pixel or what i dont know but its not a software problem

so what would i do if the service center will repair the phone then will it be the water resistance and what will be its proof?

i m in india and i dont believe the service centers here so what to do?

the problem is at the upper left..

will sony replace my device or will just repair it...

The repair agents always return the handset to warrantable condition which does involve it maintaining the water resistance.
