HELP!! xperia z will not turn on after update fail

I have today tried to update my xperia z via the pc companion program, halfway through it said it failed and now will not turn back on. I have re started pc companion and tried it again but half way through it tells me to turn on my phone. when i try to the sony logo comes up then nothing ? please help
