Unlocked phone cannot download Carrier internet setting

I unlocked my phone from Bell canada to use on rogers network but i cannot connectg to my carriers data network, so I have tries to go to Xperia and download internet setting from the phonw, every time  i do that it gives me a error message. please help me out how can i get it to download internet settings~

just manually enter them

settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > menu > add New > fill up the APN settings > menu > save
