Not able to update the apps

I was facing an issue of phone getting locked while making calls.

So I tried to repair it through PC Companion.

After I was done I restored the backup.

Since my 3g plan got expired I disable data transfer.

Now if I try to update my apps through wifi am getting following message for all the apps.

I tried after enabling data transfer but didn't work.

if my suggestion doesn't work (clearing Play store cache > restarting your phone ) then try this

settings > accounts > google > delete your account > restart your phone > re-add your google account.

try this

1) settings > apps > all > play store > uninstall apps and clear cache > restart your phone >

if that doesn't work then

2) uninstall mcafee ( you don't quite need an antivirus) > restart your phone > try again

also how much free internal storage do you have?

Hope you have enough memory...

Hope your internet is working properly...

Clear cache from Google Play Service and Google Play : Go to Settings > Apps

disconnect WiFi then switch of your phone, switch back on, turn on Wifi try updating now...

I have 3+gb free memory.

Internet is working as I can browse through google and other sites.

I will try as suggested by you.

if that doesn't work you could

1) repair your phone with either PCC or SUS (I doubt this will work )

or

2) wait as it could be a Google's server issue

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Also kindly check your Time & Date. Before proceeding... Sometimes this also cause problems in updating...

No need to remove apps, jus clear cache & clear data of play store...
