Phone not turning on, please help

today when i connected my Xperia Z to my PC, Sony PC companion informed me there is an update 10.3.1.A.0.244 available, i updated my phone 3 days before too, when the process was in halfway, PC companion give an error that the update cannot be performed due to an error, it gave me 4 instructions to take out the USB cable from phone and PC and turn off the phone but durring update, my phone got switched off automatically (there was 80% power available on phone when i put my phone on update). now whenever i try to turn on the phone; short/long hold power button, pressing power and lower volume key button and upper volume key as well at different times, phone get restarted, red ligh glows on the corner, i see sony logo for few seconds and my phone gets turn off, even when i connected to my PC and run Sony PC Suite, it doesnt work and my phone automatically restarts and after logo, it turn off. this makes me so annoyed, why my phone is not turning on, what happen to it durring update? attached is the screenshot of the dialog box of my Sony PC suite, if i try to click OK button, it doesnot proceed, my phone also not turn on :S

connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1 hour > after 1 hour try to turn it back on

after you had charged your phone for 1hour or so, use SUS instead of PCC
