phone wont go past first sony screen

Was doing the update today for my Xperia Z once it said completed I removed my phone from the computer now it wont go past the first Sony screen. I have done the 3 button reset and nothing happened.  is there a way to do a hard reset from the computer or is there a way to restore to a previous version?

Repeat the update process either 

PCC or SUS or Bridge or Flashtool
