Hi,

I have used the mobile with sim card for one day. But from today morning the mobile shows the sim card not inserted.

Steps that I tried:

I have tried the same sim in other mobile - The sim is working fine in other mobiles.

I have inserted the other mobile working sim card in the phone but it is still saying that sim card has not inserted.

For the first day it was worked fine from the next day I am facing this issue. Do anyone had this issue with your mobile.

Please assist me how to proceed further.

it might be a hardware issue, repair your phone with if that doesn't work, get a brand new micro SIM card, if that doesn't work then you will have to take it to a Sony repair center
