Hello, my phone notified me that there was a new update and that it could only be updated with a computer. So I connected my phone to my computer with the USB cord. And Sony PC companion notified me as well about a new software update being available. So I clicked starts under Support Zone, but every time I do it says "this application could not be installed please try again later." I could really use some help figuring out what went wrong and how I can get it to update.

try SUS instead of PCC. Install SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus and try again
