worst service & policies experienced in sony xperia z case in last week

hello my name is uday soni i am form vapi gujrat but stay in ahmedabad i had got a new xperia z  before 2 months it got damaged before 20 days when i took it to ahmedabad servic center the said me its perhaps a water dmage but they will investigate the whole problem & help me out but unfortunately they asked me for 4 days time & i had to leave for hometown(vapi) in vapi service center when i showed them my phone they saw phone indicator it had turned red & they said they cannot help me it is service warranty void & i have to buy a new phone i was shocked & jaw dropped i explained him a lot but he behaved like a deaf & emailed onquestions.in@support.sonymobile.com but after very long waiting period i just recieved 2 e-mails one mail was totally copy paste content & another was ignoring i phone is not checked by any official technician just all are saying your indicator has turned red so we cannot help you please i need replcement or repair, sony cannot raise his hand in so pathetic manner please help me to deliver fair service & justice thats is my right i am so deprived,frustrated & depresssed please you cannot do this to me i deserve a replacement or repair or else i have to unforceable take this to consumer court as sony has been my favourite company but i cannot bear 40,000 loss

omg what a shock after that incident before 4 days when i charged my phone ,, phone got on all was working sim got acceapted, music was working data was same all acceapt the display it was dim & then it got off after half an hour still phone is working but still havent recieved any positive sign from service center the service center guy wants to help me now by seeing my pathetic condition but he can't due to sony worst service policy sony has to admit they are great on technology but worst on service & thier policy, but i have decide this time let me wasste my time & resources but i will work to realize sony that thier policies are injurious to sale & reputation to sony & for convience to my other friends  who have purchased sony or perhaps believe in sony or love sony as i use to .....
