Xperia Z email Turkish character encoding problem

Hello,

My Xperia Z email program can not encode characters sent from outlook. I attached 2 screenshots, one form computer (outlolok) and one form xperia z. My other brand android devices can show the mail without problem. Computer is windows 8 with oulook 2007 Turkish and Xperia Z 4.2.2 Turkish.

Is there any solutions about this issue?
