Xperia Z Notification LED isn't working

Hi all,

I have the problem that my notification LED is not working at all.

Stamina mode is not on, the phone has been rebooted, i tried a factory reset.

Gmail, missed calls, Whatsapp i dont see any notification led only wenn charging.

Any1 a tip for me what todo?

WARNING!!!  DO NOT CHANGE COLORS IN Whats app.. the notification problem will again occur. i dont have any notifications since i changed the group notifications to purple in whatsapp.

What the heck - brand new out of box phone. Stamina Off by default. No notification LED for email, SMS or anything. Turn Stamina On because frankly don't want battery dying and issue remains. DOES NOBODY TEST this stuff? No new SW updates and honestly with 10 day return policy can go back to S3 which lights up just fine!

SORRY - This process is a waste of time unless ZERO notifications at all.

1). Go to Settings - back up and restore - untick Backup my data and Auto restore

2). Reset the phone

3). Once the phone is switched on follow the wizard installation but do not back up your data. Install everything manually.

Send yourself SMS/email and the lights works - they worked beforehand just not in STAMINA!

ENABLE Stamina Mode and you no longer get any notifications lights!!!!!

AFTER you add Messenger, Messaging, ProtectMediaScannerTrigger to "Apps Active in Standyby" and power off/on - you will comically get SOUND for messages but NO NOTIFICATION LIGHTS!

Turn STAMINA OFF, power off/on and lights are back.

All steps above done, along with with a reinstall from PC Companion and the C6506 (Build 10.1.A.1.395) still fails to Notify in STAMINA - Apparently UK build .425 allows lights in STAMINA

Self defeating when you are required to have phone in Stamnia Mode because battery is quite frankly uderpowered and during work/social gatherings you mute sound. You get ZERO Notification unless you unlock your screen, wake the phone and manually check (Again retarded in relation to STAMINA because this takes greater battery resources). Renders a $679 dollar phones intended purpose useless.

You are right, there is no way to get led notifications on the ZL while Stamina mode is enabled.

I'm also on build number 10.1.A.1.434.

You have to turn it off.

I tried adding messaging and some others to test in the list of 'Apps active in Standby', no change.

Then I tried light flow (app) and also added that to the list of active apps, then run the test that light flow can to test the LED's (note the screen has to be off for that to work).

As with standard led's the notifications are not working until I disable Stamina Mode.

Sony please acknowledge this and make a fix so I can have both Stamina mode enabled and still get text notifications (email also).

My Xperia Z notification light is not working too even if you charge it. Its dead. I tried also to do factory reset but still doesn't work. How can I fixed this kind of problem.
