Xperia Z update in middle east!!

When the update of xperia Z (4.2.2) is come to middle east and why it too late ? and why xperia ZL is come since month ago  and xperia not ??

just like any other update you have to wait for the update to be approved and released in your country, the Xperia ZL received 4.2.2 before the Xperia Z, so that explain why 4.2.2 its available in your country for the Xperia ZL and not the Xperia Z just yet.

you have 2 options

1) wait

or

2) manually update your phone

keep in mind that if your phone is or was network branded/sim locked it will take longer as the network has to approve and release the update.
