Can't connect phone to camera

I have an a6000, it won't connect to my phone, the phone says connected but the camera just stays in the connecting mode. I have updated the firmware on the camera to the latest version

I've worked it out guys, you need to register your credit card on the Sony entertainment network, then it works. It would be useful if there were instructions advising of this.
