Can't download MMS or MMS information

I have an L1 and can't open an MMS from 1 contact. I can open all sms from them. Any ideas

I wish I could get a solution for this problem I have never been able to download MMS on z Compact fed up with no help and no answers no solution!

Yes I have a data plan but when I put mobile data on it just gives me a message saying it can't download mms message and to try again later! that has been since I got thephone last year. It has never worked. The network is o2
