Ear speaker not working

Hi, Is there a fix for this problem. My earspeaker has suddenly stopped working! Even in safe mode.
I can't, of course, hear a caller!

My solution.: play music using Walkman app, push the power button to lock, then push again to see the mini Walkman app in lockscreen with your current song on it, now play the song on your lockscreen and put the earphone plug in and out 5x, it worked on me

This trick is not working in sony xperia XA, ear speaker of my phone is also suddenly stop working, i am wondering ,when i came to know and now i am unable to listen any call by earspeaker,i need to fix this problem. i ill be thankful to you guys , if you help me.
