I paid for the phone to be completely reset it was sent of for a week to do this and it came back I put my sim in and it asked for my Gmail info which I did then it asked me for the previous synced Gmail account which I do not know?!! I also paid for the charging point to be fixed. Please will someone tell me what I can do so I can use the phone ????

Part of Google's Android security can include a setting which does not allow reinstall of software without entering the original Google information linked to the device.
