Hello,
I have a problem with a brand new Sony SVT1311W1ES notebook.
This is a new PC so there is almost no change that is is infected by a Virus.
When connecting a USB stick to the USB ports (both ports USB 2.0 and 3.0) most of the times there is no reaction, the laptop is not detecting the usb stick .
Sometimes after waiting for 5 minutes suddenly it wil see the stick and can be used.
Sometimes it is needed to restart the laptop and this is not 100% sure that it will detect the usb stick when connecting. Have tried this with serveral sticks.
Any suggestions are welcome
