Mobile data turns off

Why does my mobile data goes on and off whenever I turn in on? I couldnt use my data because it goes on and off like christmas lights. Pretty annoying. I tried restarting my device, turning it off, on and off with the airplane mode. Didnt work. I dont know whats the problem. Can someone help me?
