Hi @Nadezhda96, sorry to hear about this.

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Have you tried testing the speakers in the inbuilt test in the device? If you haven't done that, go to Settings > Support > Tests and do the test for the Earspeaker and Loudspeaker.

You can also try doing the test in the safe mode, when downloaded applications aren't loaded, just to make sure that none of them are the cause of this.
