There is no sound coming from the speakers in a new Xperia XA

Hi Team,

I have purchased Sony Xperia XA F3116 at Big C Mobiles (Invoice Number :SI/AMP2/4931), Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 24-JUN-2016. Next to that, I'm severely facing sound issue not able hear by playing songs/videos.

I have registered the complaint in the Sony service centre at SS Electronics, Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad.The complaint no. 16062501667, and they given it back with same sound, which means, there is no improvement.

And just now chatted with Harish, regarding this issue and he suggest to visit again to service centre. and same raised the ticket no :16062804655. Hope for best on my issue.

Yes I tried - but no chance.. Even today its suddenly stopped working after 20-40 seconds of every call.. Suggest me a solution please.

If you tried what has previously suggested in this thread and it did not help I can unfortunately only refer you to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre. Contact your Local support team for information on how to send it in.

Hi. I'm having trouble with my XA 1s Plus phone. All of a sudden its speakers don't work anymore--- media, alarm or notifications-- but totally works with headphones. I've tried on setting it on safe mode, rebooting it-- even done a factory reset and still, they don't work. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks. Your response is very much appreciated.
