Unable to copy data from internal to external memory

How can I move data from internal to external. I have trying to move using file commander and file explore also but got failed.

Actually i have stored some file in my internal memory due to i dont have an external sd card .

 i have purchesed new sd card and want to free my internal storage  so i want to move some file from internal to external.

for AR effect that was an example .

You cannot move AR effect like that anyway, photos taken with AR effect will still be stored in internal. If you want the camera to store normal photos and videos to external, you just need to set it from camera settings.

Boss i just want to say i have downloads some file pdf files from google drives and stores in my internal storage .

i want to move that file in external storage.

Those should be in download section from internal memory. Did you find them?

And if you tap longer on several files, then select cut or copy and go to your microSD and paste, still an error? Can you show another screenshot for a pdf or a music file?

Strange. On my XA F3111 it works just fine. Moved just now 2 pdfs from internal download to sd using file commander.

Even if you use SD as storage for camera, AR and other effects pictures will be stored internally, but will be transferred to SD using transfer option (from storage).
