Xperia xa keeps turning itself off and cant stay on

Hey guys! Is there anyone who has a problem with theirs Sony Xperia XA because of phone alone turns off? This happened to me already two months ago, when my phone turned off while the screen was locked and nobody used it. That would be okay yet but whenever i tried turn phone on again, it turned off alone and this can repeat for 4 times or more, until phone stay to be on and you can again work with. It appeared each week at least 1 time. This problem stoped for like 2 weeks so i was happy. Although sadly changed yesterday. Phone turned off while i was using my phone. Well then it was okay but at night while i was charging my phone, it once again turned off. Great so i´ve been waiting till the morning and so i tried to look if it works. It turned even worser. Phone couldnt get on, it turned off everytime i tried to turn it on. I am verry pissed about that, because i need count with this phone and be able to know i can call whenever i need. Does anyone have same problem? Or any advice how to solve this problem? I have really bad experience with Sony Xperia M2 when i sent my phone for repair and after that, the phone was dead.. My phone detection says that software and battery are okay. So I have really no clue how to solve this. Please let me know if somone ever experience this or have any idea what it can be.

Hello @alenah and welcome to the community!

Your issue seems very random and might have many factors that can cause it, so try these troubleshooting steps one by one and take your time to test:

- Remove both SD card and SIM card, and test the phone without them. If the problem disappears then at least one of them is defective. This can be the most common cause for random restarts.

- Restart your phone in safe mode, this will disable all your installed 3rd party apps thus eliminating their incompatibilities. If the problem disappears then one of your apps is causing this and you'll need to figure out which one by uninstalling the most recently installed apps one by one.

- If the above suggestions didn't help, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup. Follow the steps given in blue links.

- If all of the above failed to solve your issue, then it might be a hardware issue and you'll need to contact your Local support and get your phone inspected by a professional.
